Vertice Studios was commissioned to deliver a multi-phase content strategy for one of Canary Wharf's most architecturally significant residential towers. The initial phase focused on the exclusive penthouse collection — producing cinematic walkthrough films for all five residences. Each film was designed to showcase not only the interior specification, but the lifestyle offering, combining precision interior cinematography with aerial drone sequences captured across both day and night conditions. A signature day-to-night timelapse was developed to emphasise the uninterrupted panoramic views across London. The second phase expanded into a selection of lower-floor residences, with a focus on creating accurate, high-fidelity walkthroughs tailored for international buyers.

For 10 Park Drive, Vertice Studios delivered a scalable production approach focused on efficiency without compromising quality. We produced a full series of walkthrough films across the remaining units, ensuring each property was captured with clarity and consistency. Supporting aerial footage — captured across both day and night — added a strong sense of location and context, while a signature timelapse sequence reinforced the premium positioning of the development. This approach enabled a large volume of units to be marketed with a cohesive, high-end visual identity.
